What I'm looking for
I’ve spent the last few years working in customer support, scheduling, sales support, and operations-focused roles, mostly in remote environments. A lot of my work has involved speaking with customers or patients, helping them understand next steps, following up consistently, keeping records updated, and making sure things don’t fall through the cracks. I naturally do well in roles where communication, organization, and follow-through matter.
At Techvill Appliance Repair, I handled a high volume of customer interactions every day, helped coordinate service appointments, followed up on requests, and supported the team in keeping operations moving. I also trained new colleagues on workflows, communication standards, and handling service-related requests. At NY Medical, I worked closely with patients on scheduling, insurance verification, account access, and general support. I also helped patients access their HEALOW account by resetting passwords, sharing usernames, and sending app download information, which gave me more hands-on experience with platform support and customer guidance.
What I enjoy most is work that feels useful. I like helping people get clarity when they’re confused, keeping communication smooth, and making the overall experience easier for the person on the other side. I’m also interested in roles where I can grow, take ownership, and contribute more than just the bare minimum. That’s a big part of why I’m drawn to customer support, customer success, appointment setting, and sales support roles.
Outside of work, I’m interested in communication, business, growth, and finding better ways to serve people well. I like learning practical systems, improving how I work, and being part of teams where consistency and results matter. Overall, I’d describe myself as dependable, easy to work with, quick to learn, and someone who takes work seriously while still trying to keep things human.
