What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level security or IT role where I can secure segmented networks, build and test honeypots, and support cloud infrastructure—growing my troubleshooting skills and improving reliability through better security controls.

I’m a CompTIA Security+ certified IT professional with hands-on experience in networking, virtualization, and cloud security. I focus on protecting systems through strong network design, segmentation, and access controls.

I’ve designed and managed segmented networks using VLANs, firewall rules, and access controls. I’m comfortable working with TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS, and I use troubleshooting skills to keep network and security services reliable.

I also led a 3-person team deploying a cloud-based honeypot in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. I designed secure architecture with private subnets and a network load balancer to prevent direct exposure of backend systems, and I coordinated planning, testing, and deployment.

Beyond cloud, I administer lab environments with OpenWrt, OPNsense, and virtualization tools like VMware Workstation, Oracle VirtualBox, and Proxmox. I’m energized by hands-on learning, clear communication, and delivering steady service in both technical and customer-facing settings.
