At WOOPI, I lead client-facing initiatives for AI-driven process optimization and automation, turning operational pain points into measurable business value. I supported a legal-process assessment solution that scaled from 32 to 638 cases while improving accuracy from 82% to 88.5%.

I also contributed to agricultural credit automation that reduced assessment time from 90 to 3 minutes, and to a 57-step financial workflow that cut processing time from 60 to under 20 minutes and freed approximately 3,000 operational hours per year.

Previously at REAG, I evaluated more than 30 startups and companies across technology, retail, healthcare, and services. I combined financial analysis, benchmarking, due diligence, market analysis, and operational improvement planning to support investment and strategic decisions.

At Alvarez & Marsal, I led client-facing transformation and operational-improvement projects, managed multidisciplinary teams, and aligned executives and project stakeholders around efficiency, innovation, and business outcomes. I also founded ProudToBe, a diversity affinity group that impacted more than 600 consultants in Brazil.
