I’m looking for a role where I can build AI-augmented automations with n8n, design scalable processes, and deliver clear dashboards and quality-checked outputs—working independently with evolving guidelines and strong cross-functional collaboration.

I’m an Agentic Engineer focused on turning ambiguous business needs into structured prompts, clear documentation, and actionable insights. Over 10+ years, I’ve worked across process design, data analysis, reporting, and quality evaluation—refining outputs against defined criteria and operating autonomously in evolving environments.

Most recently, I’ve developed and documented organizational processes, built analytical dashboards and reports, and implemented workflow automations using n8n—integrating AI agents and low-code platforms to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Previously, I led end-to-end operations as a Cofounder and drove analytics and People Analytics capabilities as Chief Process Officer, while earlier experience as an HR Specialist (HRBP) strengthened my evidence-based reporting and process rigor.
