I’m looking for a full-remote HR Operations role where I can own people analytics and HR operations end-to-end—building dashboards, running performance & compensation cycles, and partnering with Finance and leaders to drive measurable workforce and process improvements.

I’m a results-driven HR professional with 16+ years of experience supporting global organizations across EMEA, APAC, and North America, specializing in HR Operations, compensation planning, performance management, and people analytics.

I’ve owned end-to-end Performance Achievement & Compensation cycles, including compensation planning, equity adjustments, and calibration sessions, while ensuring operational alignment in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

I build and maintain HR dashboards (e.g., turnover, headcount, attrition drivers) and translate HR data into actionable insights for senior leadership, partnering closely with Finance to monitor budget deviations and provide real-time visibility.

I’m fully remote-ready, experienced with async communication and multi-timezone collaboration, and I bring strong change-management experience, including M&A integration support and performance process migration.
