At Sequence ERP, I built 18 Grafana dashboards for product, operations, and AI metrics, and implemented Amplitude analytics with 100+ metrics and about 70 tracked events. I also developed internal data applications and proofs of concept for AWS AI agents to automate accounting processes, defining RAG vector storage architecture for bank reconciliation and document processing.
At Adaptone LLC, I analyze and resolve incidents in enterprise applications with technical teams, and run functional and integration tests. I document test cases and processes while working remotely with teams.
Earlier, I worked in finance, controlling, and operations at AB InBev, Philip Morris International, and Despegar.com S.A. My work included KPI analysis, financial reporting, process improvement, functional requirements, and Oracle ERP implementation support.
I also built machine learning projects including an F5 Airlines customer satisfaction model served through FastAPI and Streamlit, customer segmentation using K-Means and PCA, and a stroke risk prediction API. My technical work includes Python, SQL, analytics, and machine learning.
