What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead day-to-day operations, manage dispatch and safety, and provide dependable customer communication while keeping work accurate and organized.

I’m a Terminal Manager overseeing employees, office and rail yard operations, with a strong focus on safety, organization, and reliable execution. I’m responsible for dispatching truck drivers, handling direct customer contact, and completing end-of-month reconciliations.

I manage payroll approvals and edits, ensure driver audits and reviews are completed, and support high-volume multitasking throughout the day. I create and prepare multiple types of documents, handle invoicing, and perform accurate data entry.

I also bring receptionist and customer-facing experience from salon and spa roles, where I scheduled appointments, processed transactions, and served as the liaison between clients and service providers. I operate effectively across systems including Outlook, TMW, Visiship, Samsara, Tableau, Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and customer SAP systems.
