I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, passionate about providing exceptional customer service and fulfilling the needs of clients. My education and training have equipped me with the necessary skills to thrive in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Throughout my academic journey, I have participated in various seminars and training programs, including Flight Attendant Training and Food & Beverage Service. My on-the-job training experiences at The Manor and West Loch Park Hotel have further honed my abilities in customer interaction and service excellence.
