I am a passionate and adaptive professional with a strong background in customer service and library assistance. My experience as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica has honed my ability to manage high-volume calls while maintaining professionalism under pressure. I take pride in educating customers about services, which has significantly increased engagement and utilization rates.

In addition to my customer service experience, I served as an Assistant Librarian during the Summer S.T.E.M Program in Port Gibson. There, I facilitated engaging S.T.E.M activities that fostered curiosity and learning among young minds. My attention to detail and organizational skills allowed me to enhance program accessibility by effectively managing library resources and maintaining accurate records.

With a strong academic background, including a diploma from Port Gibson High with honors and ongoing studies at Hinds Community College, I am committed to continuous improvement and lifelong learning. I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences in a dynamic work environment.
