Seeking a role that utilizes my customer service and technical skills to provide exceptional service and support.

I am a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in customer service and library management. With experience in training and leading teams, I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. My technical skills include proficiency in CMS, social media, MS Office, and Adobe software, among others.

In my current role as a Library Assistant, I have honed my ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of accuracy in my work. I am confident in my ability to teach people how to use library resources and provide exceptional customer service.
