I seek roles where I can lead school operations, improve teaching quality, build systems, and scale impact through partnerships and fundraising in mission-driven organizations.

I am an education operations leader with hands-on experience running a K–10 rural school, improving teaching-learning standards, and deploying operational systems to scale impact.

I have led HR, training, fundraising, infrastructure development, and partnerships, directing deployment of $1.2M and delivering improvements such as an 80% average in Grade 10 board exams for first-generation learners.
