I’m seeking a role blending customer support, social media, and operations where I can apply empathy, project management, and growth-focused marketing to drive results.

I am a customer-focused professional with experience in technical support, virtual assistance, and entrepreneurship. I graduated with a degree in A.B. Political Science specializing in International Relations Studies and have combined remote and on-site roles to build a versatile skill set.

For nearly three years I worked in customer service and technical support, resolving escalations and delivering long-term solutions that maintained strong customer satisfaction. I also spent two years as a virtual assistant handling inbound, outbound, and cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
