United StatesWhat I'm looking for
At Benchmark Analytics, I lead technical product work that turns fragmented technical debt into scalable, high-adoption infrastructure. My technical executions have contributed to a 1,900% increase in system adoption.
I've grown from Configuration and Support Specialist to Senior Technical Product Manager, translating C-suite strategy into actionable engineering requirements across enterprise systems.
I champion Quality-Driven Development and use process modeling tools such as Camunda Process Modeler to connect technical execution with broader business strategy. My full-stack web development background helps me bridge architecture, product, and delivery.
My career began onstage as a principal dancer, and I bring that same rhythm, precision, and focus on the human in the loop to product leadership. I build high-accountability engineering teams grounded in psychological safety and contribute those governance principles as a board member at DanceWorks Chicago.
