I am a dedicated bilingual customer service professional with hands-on experience in front-desk operations, insurance verification, and patient-focused communication. I have worked in retail and healthcare settings where customer support and accuracy were primary responsibilities.

In my current role as a care facilitator I manage insurance verification, email communication, and multi-insurance coordination while delivering strong customer service; I also worked from home for six months supporting remote workflows. Previously I handled reception duties—appointment scheduling, check-ins/outs, faxing and scanning—at an optical clinic and managed customer service and cashier responsibilities in retail.
