At CliniComp International, I supported mission-critical EHR applications across DoD, VA, and commercial healthcare sites, serving as the primary Systems Analyst for approximately 25 sites. I coordinated HL7 integrations, managed interface requirements and data mapping, and validated end-to-end data flows.
I also directed quarterly enterprise-wide VA terminology deployments, coordinating configuration, Bash scripting, Jenkins-based releases, and post-implementation validation. Earlier, as a Geek Squad Consultation Agent at Best Buy, I diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, operating system, network, and device issues.
