I am a dedicated student at the University of Mindanao, pursuing a degree in Accounting. My journey in the professional world began with my role as a Lead Generation Specialist at HiRecruit BPO, Inc., where I honed my skills in customer support and lead generation. Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at SiBS, where I further developed my technical support skills.
