At Walmart as a Mobile Expert, I performed background checks, ensured customer identification cards matched Social Security cards, and completed cash and credit card transactions. I also ran credit checks and helped customers finance new phones, making the process clear and efficient.

Previously, as a Security Officer at Walmart, I reported all accidents and spills, scanned checkpoints around the store every hour, and observed merchandise activity. I watched for issues and reported to Store Security as needed to help maintain a safe, orderly environment.

I’ve also supported operations in manufacturing and logistics roles, including Bindery Operator (LSC Communications) and Material Handler (Dart Container). I used scanners and labels, fed paper through machine feeders, operated a forklift to transfer items, and inspected forklifts for safety before driving.
