I've shaped go-to-market strategy, product innovation, and experience transformation for Google Cloud, F5 Networks, Indosat, CelcomDigi, and other enterprise clients through Twimbit.

As Twimbit's co-founder and Growth Strategist, I contributed to 20x revenue growth over six years, built financially self-sustaining Malaysia and Indonesia operations, and generated US$7 million in new-market opportunities by transferring a repeatable expansion playbook to the United States and Middle East.

I conceived and commercialised Twimbit X, an applied AI sales intelligence product that secured a seven-figure, three-year CelcomDigi contract. I also built AI-enabled commercial tools including a Codex AI proposal agent and an adoption measurement framework that connected customer behaviour to product and commercial decisions.

Earlier at Frost & Sullivan, I turned post-merger ambiguity into actionable operating plans, helping an Oil and Gas client increase market share by 5 percentage points in Thailand. I work across strategy, commercial execution, product, customer experience, and leadership development.
