What I'm looking for

I am seeking HR or operations roles focused on recruitment, onboarding, event coordination, and people-focused projects at mission-driven organizations that value collaboration, growth, and hands-on impact.

I am a versatile HR and operations professional with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, event coordination, and administrative support. I supported hiring cycles, led structured interviews, and delivered corporate orientations to ensure new hires were prepared and payroll-ready.

I have executed large-scale fundraising and program events, built and managed a Raisely fundraising platform that supported an $85,000 annual campaign, and created Eventbrite registration portals and promotional materials to streamline participation. I also coordinated international travel logistics and supported cross-team communications and meeting execution.

My background includes social media and marketing experience where I grew followers and produced digital content, and formal HR training through a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management. I am working toward CHRP designation and bring strong organizational, communication, and people-focused skills to support teams and projects.
