At Niche Talent Source, I support recruitment operations, HR documentation, client onboarding, market research, and business-development outreach for growing businesses.

Previously at Agilus Work Solutions, I partnered with recruiters and business developers to source, evaluate, and hire talent for permanent and contract roles. I coordinated job postings, interviews, onboarding, payroll reporting, contracts, candidate records, and high-volume hiring campaigns for clients including American Eagle and Fuji Film.

I've processed hundreds of candidates, planned career fairs, conducted screening support, and was recognized as the top intern among 10 after placing more than 200 applicants in open positions. I use HRIS, ATS, recruitment metrics, and data analysis to keep hiring processes organized, compliant, and candidate-focused.

My background also includes employee engagement, community partnership outreach, social media coordination, public relations, and customer service. I care about inclusive, accessible workplaces and creating positive experiences for candidates, employees, clients, and stakeholders.
