I’m a BDC Agent who helps customers move from first contact to a smooth vehicle purchase. I provide bilingual support through phone, email, and in-store assistance, scheduling appointments and following up on leads with clear, professional communication.

I strengthen sales performance by identifying customer needs, presenting appropriate options, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the process. I use CRM software to track interactions and follow-ups, keep organized records, and coordinate with other departments to support customer satisfaction end-to-end.

Before automotive sales, I built deep experience in patient care as a Home Health Aide/Caregiver/Hospice aide and in assisted living settings. I supported daily living activities, monitored vital signs, documented care in patient charts, and helped with admissions, discharges, and transfers while communicating updates to interdisciplinary teams.

I’m grounded in compliance, attention to detail, and compassionate service. From administering medications as directed to helping develop individualized care plans and ensuring HIPAA-aligned professionalism, I bring the same reliability and responsiveness to every customer and patient interaction.
