What I'm looking for

I seek a people-focused role where I can consult, partner and lead EDI and wellbeing initiatives, drive system improvements, deliver workshops, and support inclusive organisational development.

I am an EDI and wellbeing business partner with seven years' experience across HR, people development and project roles, and a Masters in Organisational Psychology (First-Class).

I partner with stakeholders from staff to executive teams to design and implement inclusive EDI strategies, wellbeing programmes and people systems that improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

I have led learning management system launches, SharePoint wellbeing hubs, digitised HR processes (e.g., Monday.com, Select HR, eArcu) and coached clients on career and wellbeing issues, demonstrating measurable improvements in service delivery.

I am passionate about promoting equity and psychological safety, delivering tailored workshops and interventions, and using data-driven approaches to optimise people processes and drive lasting change.
