What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead inclusive people and culture initiatives, partnering with leaders to strengthen talent, performance, employee relations, safeguarding, and organizational culture.

I'm the Regional Inclusion Partner for Europe and Central Asia at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, working remotely from the British Embassy Lisbon. I partner with leaders across 50 countries and 86 UK diplomatic missions to embed diversity, inclusion, safeguarding, and respectful workplace practices.

Previously, I led Talent & Performance at PwC Luxembourg, managing HR Business Partners and designing talent, career development, learning, wellbeing, and inclusion programmes. I've also led employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, executive coaching, engagement surveys, and culture transformation initiatives.

My background spans HR leadership, global mobility, recruitment, mediation, and soft-skills training across PwC, Banco Itaú Europa, and Atlanco.
