I’m looking for a role where I support executives and business operations end-to-end—building KPIs and dashboards, improving processes, and coordinating teams across HR, eCommerce, inventory, and customer support in a fast-paced remote setting.

I’m an Operations and Executive Support professional with 10+ years of experience supporting executives and business operations across HR, administration, eCommerce, inventory management, logistics, customer service, and technical support. I’m known for staying organized, adaptable, and dependable while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced remote environments.

In my current role as an Executive Assistant & HR Generalist, I provide executive, administrative, and operational support across multiple affiliated companies. I manage HR operations for 85+ employees (onboarding, payroll, employee records, compliance, and HR administration) while building executive reports, KPI dashboards, and operational reports to support daily decision-making.

I also strengthen operations through practical process improvement and reporting solutions. I develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and I support recruitment, correspondence, meeting documentation, and cross-functional coordination with strong confidentiality.

Earlier, I supported eCommerce operations and technical service—from managing 1,000+ product listings across BigCommerce, Wayfair, Overstock, Houzz, and Amazon to coordinating purchasing, warehouse teams, and shipping partners. I’ve also led MIS staff supporting CRM systems and technical operations for 100+ employees, which shaped how I handle data accuracy, system reliability, and user adoption.
