I am an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training. My career spans over 15 years, during which I have successfully managed the entire recruitment process, from onboarding to payroll preparation. At Premier Development, I oversee recruitment and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
