I'm looking for work where I can solve complex operational problems, build scalable systems, maintain accurate and compliant records, and bring both structure and creative thinking to messy situations.

At Ahold Delhaize USA, I managed benefits eligibility for 10,000+ union-represented associates, interpreted CBA rules, and reconciled $10M–$15M+ in monthly union contributions across 11 union groups.

I audit and resolve complex discrepancies across SuccessFactors, SAP, Kronos, and Cyborg, partnering with HRBPs, payroll, union representatives, fund offices, and vendors to keep multi-system records compliant and accurate. I was also promoted to Team Lead in customer care in under 12 months, where I coached new hires and managed high-volume escalations across four grocery brands.

Alongside HR operations, I provide virtual administrative support, build workflows and automations, and create content, email campaigns, branding, and social media support for entrepreneurs and small businesses. I thrive where structure meets chaos—turning big, messy situations into organized, scalable, and pretty systems.
