What I'm looking for

I'm looking to move into luxury travel consulting, where I can use firsthand South African product knowledge, consultative sales experience, and international guest-service expertise to create tailored itineraries and build repeat client relationships.

I've worked inside the South African luxury travel product: running lodge operations at Kwandwe Private Game Reserve, advising guests at Belmond Mount Nelson, and selling wine experiences across Cape Town and the Winelands.

At Kwandwe, I hosted international Big Five guests, created personalised experiences, and upsold private experiences and premium beverages with chefs and guides. At Belmond Mount Nelson's EDGE Restaurant, I advised business and leisure guests, curated a wine list for a new restaurant concept, and managed supplier relationships.

I now bring nine years of face-to-face international guest service and consultative sales to travel consulting, with practical knowledge of Eastern Cape safaris, Cape Town, the Winelands, Hermanus, and the Garden Route.
