At Financial Reporting and Assurance Standards (FRAS) Canada, I co-led the restructuring of two oversight councils into the unified Reporting and Assurance Standards Oversight Council (RASOC). I provide end-to-end governance and secretariat support for the Council and its committees.
At Sheridan College, I served as Secretary of the Board of Governors and modernized governance frameworks, including standardized reporting templates and decision-ready briefing materials. I also directed inclusive board recruitment policies and candidate selection workflows.
Earlier at Sheridan College, I advised the General Counsel on governance, policy development, and statutory compliance as Assistant Secretary of the Board of Governors. My experience also includes executive support, academic portfolio administration, and a Governance Professional of Canada designation (GPC.D).
