At CIBC, I lead governance, controls, compliance oversight, and risk management across a $350MM+ portfolio of 200+ initiatives spanning Personal & Business Banking, Commercial Banking, and Wealth Management.

I've designed 15 operational governance playbooks, established central oversight charters and operating models, and lead end-to-end Internal Process Reviews. I also maintain automated executive reporting through Alteryx and Power BI, helping leadership monitor delivery health, financial performance, benefits realization, compliance milestones, and control deficiencies.

Previously, I delivered risk-based PMO audits for CIBC Technology & Operations, assessing governance frameworks and internal controls across enterprise programs and projects. Earlier project delivery and analyst roles built my foundation in business cases, portfolio financial management, risk mitigation, vendor governance, and stakeholder reporting.

I'm committed to practical, accountable governance and inclusive team development. I coach cross-functional delivery teams, lead co-op recruitment and development, and created a governance and compliance course that earned over 90% approval from more than 200 participants.
