What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused banking or operations role where I can apply my credit services, collections, document-handling, and communication experience while continuing to learn new systems and deliver high-quality support.

I've built over five years of banking experience at Nations Trust Bank, supporting customers across recoveries and credit services.

In Credit Services, I manage mortgage property releases, original property deeds, credit limits, facility renewals, document releases, and balance confirmations while coordinating closely with branches and the legal department. I handle high volumes of customer and branch emails with prompt follow-up and careful compliance with bank policies.

Previously in Recoveries, I negotiated tailored payment solutions for overdue credit card and loan balances, maintained accurate records, and turned challenging customer interactions into positive outcomes.
