I am an experienced banking and administration professional with over 20 years working across multinational banks and organisations in banking, HR and administration. I bring deep experience in credit evaluation, recovery, governance, restructuring and customer operations.
At Mashreq Bank I served as a Senior Recovery Officer and Credit Evaluator, working in risk management, collections and credit analytics for more than a decade. I have hands-on experience processing loans, credit cards, customer onboarding and fixed deposits.
Earlier roles include customer service for HSBC UK back office, administrative and coordination positions in retail, logistics and hospitality across Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. I have handled international correspondence, visa documentation and promotional operations.
