I’m looking for a role where I can run high-urgency dispatch and scheduling, keep operations compliant (HIPAA/EVV), manage multi-channel calendars, and deliver calm, high-touch support for patients or guests under pressure.

I’m a passionate, results-driven operations, hospitality, and logistics specialist with over four years of hands-on experience executing high-volume dispatching, short-term rental management, and specialized Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) operations.

In my healthcare logistics work, I coordinated daily dispatching and routing for mixed fleets, matched vehicle capabilities to patient mobility needs, and streamlined arrival and discharge timing with clinical staff and patient families. I also enforced rigorous pre-trip safety and infection-control audits, including HIPAA compliance and EVV systems.
