I’m a Tech & Operations Lead focused on keeping internal systems stable, accurate, and fully operational through reliable automation and CRM administration. I’ve built my career around troubleshooting SaaS integrations before they impact team execution.

From managing HubSpot as a primary administrator to monitoring 15 connected platforms, I ensure workflows, automations, properties, integrations, and reporting stay synchronized. I design and maintain HubSpot workflows and KPI dashboards, then use auditing and deduplication to keep CRM data clean and dependable.

I also own marketing and automation tooling—administering GoHighLevel for campaign and funnel automation, and maintaining Zapier, Make.com, and n8n pipelines for routing, enrichment, and intelligent follow-up sequences. When systems break, I diagnose root causes and implement redundancy checks and fallback logic to prevent data loss.

I thrive on cross-functional support: I monitor internal channels, resolve technical issues quickly, and document clear step-by-step solutions in Notion/SOPs so non-technical teams can self-serve.
