What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote-ready role where I can own executive support, client coordination, reporting, and workflow improvements end-to-end while helping a founder or team stay organized and move faster.

At Goats, I run client accounts as the agency’s sole point of contact, managing inbound questions, approvals, escalations, and publishing calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit.

I reduce founder admin work by owning weekly KPI reporting, pulling Meta Business Suite and GA4 data into Google Sheets dashboards. I also write practical SOPs for content approval and client onboarding so new team members can ramp up without shadowing others.

My operations background includes scheduling and inventory for a university teaching lab, equipment calibration documentation, assistant training, and supervising busy café shifts. I work independently across Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, n8n, Google Workspace, Slack, and automation tools, communicating fluently in Arabic, English, and French.
