I’m looking to stay focused on mission-critical deployments—leading integration, troubleshooting, and RCA for public-safety customers, working closely with engineering and suppliers to deliver reliable go-lives, upgrades, and controlled production change.

I’m a Technical Consultant and Software Deployment Engineer with over 25 years of enterprise IT experience and more than six years at Motorola Solutions delivering and supporting mission-critical public-safety systems.

Across UK Police and Fire & Rescue environments, I help capture requirements, produce High-Level Design, configure and install software, validate integration, and support go-live, upgrades, and post-deployment stability.

I’m hands-on across Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, and VMware, and I troubleshoot complex multi-system issues across networking and security, then translate findings into clear documentation and Root Cause Analysis.

In parallel, I bring deep telephony integration expertise—SIP/VoIP, WebRTC/RTP, Mitel and FreeSWITCH, SIP trunks, codecs, and packet capture analysis—working directly with customers, Product Engineering, and third-party suppliers to resolve defects and keep services reliable.
