I’m looking for a remote, high-accountability team where I can own QA/defect triage and backend debugging, translate root-cause analysis into engineering direction, and help ship stable releases without rework.

I’m a technical diagnostician with 20+ years resolving hardware and connectivity failures in fully remote, high-accountability environments. I bring uncompromising root-cause analysis—turning ambiguity into decisive engineering direction.

As QA Lead & Product Architect on a live full-stack Python/FastAPI/PostgreSQL/React application, I’ve owned requirements, QA testing, defect triage, and engineering direction end-to-end. I’ve led fixes across session management, API routing, data classification, and bot-detection to keep launches moving and quality stable.

Earlier, I handled complex Fiber/DSL and hardware escalations through a remote helpdesk and quality assurance role for 7+ years. I audited troubleshooting workflows, identified procedural gaps that caused repeat escalations, and authored process improvements adopted team-wide to reduce resolution variance.
