I’m a quality-focused IT professional with 25+ years of experience across software testing, QA support, requirements validation, defect reporting, technical troubleshooting, and enterprise system deployments. I’m at my best when I translate complex findings into actionable guidance that engineering teams can use immediately.

In my current role, I conduct testing and validation for device imaging, configuration baselines, network readiness, and software integrations. I document defects and anomalies with clear reproduction steps, coordinate with engineering teams for root-cause analysis, and support EHR training environment builds to ensure systems are ready prior to clinical use.

Previously, I supported desktop and enterprise deployments across healthcare and corporate environments, including device readiness testing and imaging failure analysis. I verified Windows 11 migration and lifecycle refresh integrity, performed access validation and ticket triage, and escalated defects discovered during staging, imaging, and remote configuration.

Earlier in my career, I led QA efforts for SAP implementations and upgrades and supported QA and testing across SAP FI/CO, Idoc, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, and related modules.
