I’m looking to join a dynamic hotel team where I can drive SMERF/group bookings, build client relationships, and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences through strategic sales and coordinated events.

I’m a results-driven, customer-focused Hotel Sales Manager with a track record of increasing revenue, building strong client relationships, and driving hotel occupancy. I’m passionate about exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

My hospitality career began at Embassy Suites Denver Central Park, where I advanced from front desk leadership into revenue-focused roles. Starting as a Front Desk Supervisor, I managed daily front desk operations, ensured guest satisfaction, and assisted with team training.

After proving my ability to coordinate service and communication, I promoted into Sales and Catering Coordinator. In that role, I supported event planning, handled client communications, and helped facilitate seamless event execution.

Most recently, I advanced to SMERF (Social, Military, Educational, Religious, and Fraternal) Sales Manager (2023-2025), specializing in strategic sales initiatives, group bookings, and relationship building to maximize hotel occupancy. I bring hands-on experience from sales and operations together, and I’m eager to contribute to a dynamic team focused on growth and guest satisfaction.
