I’m looking to lead hotel sales and growth that expands group business, builds strong national/regional accounts, and coaches teams to deliver measurable revenue results—closely partnering with operations to execute effectively.

I’m an accomplished hotel manager and sales leader with over 20 years of knowledge across hotel operations and conventions. I’ve built a career around convention sales, front desk and reservations support, guest services, and business-center operations—always with an eye toward proactive, guest-first results.

In my current role as National Sales Manager, I’m responsible for establishing and cultivating new business relationships through trade shows and incoming inquiries. I develop detailed sales plans to expand opportunities for groups of 200–1,000 rooms on peak nights, partnering with group customers and the West Coast Regional Director to align with the buying process.

Earlier, I served as Director of Growth, where I led marketing and business development to acquire state and federal accounts, coached and led a team, and achieved 7% sales growth in the first year of new acquisitions. I also managed the contact database and worked with GovWin and SAM to support pipeline and proposal development.

Across roles including Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales, and General Manager, I’ve consistently driven measurable revenue growth, including increased contracted YOY group business by $400,000 and quarterly $37M achievements. I’m known for coaching teams, streamlining operating procedures, and building long-term client relationships while supporting successful openings and multi-department performance.
