I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive room revenue, coach teams, and align sales operations with marketing and finance to consistently exceed property objectives—while keeping guest satisfaction at the center of every decision.

I’m a Director of Room Sales with a strong track record for securing and realizing room revenue across group and transient segments. I’ve led my rooms division to peak performance—fast-tracked for leadership and responsible for leading the “best March and April” with less inventory than previous years.

I oversee room revenue performance and forecasting, including weekly reporting by segment and monthly revenue reviews. I reconcile prior-month and year-to-date performance, maintain an active group sale production report, and manage high-volume reservations operations—over 39,665 calls answered in 2021, significantly more than the year before—while ensuring coaching, compliance monitoring, and sales process consistency.

I bring a hands-on sales and guest-first mindset built from earlier roles as a Reservation Agent and a Sales Associate. I’m proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access, utilize Navis best practices, manage online booking, and focus on client relationships with meeting planners, organizations, associations, and corporate businesses. My hospitality background is strengthened by Hospitality & Tourism Management education and Navis certification, with repeated recognition for guest services and reservations performance.
