I have over 20 years of experience in sales operations, order management, customer service, and supply chain, driving end-to-end operational efficiency and measurable process improvements. I focus on reducing lead times, improving accuracy, and delivering world-class customer support.

Throughout my career I have led cross-functional teams and managed complex Order-to-Cash cycles, mentoring staff and supporting third-party partners to meet strict SLAs. I have implemented EDI and SAP automations that dramatically reduced manual processing and improved order accuracy.

Key achievements include streamlining delivery date requests for 3,000+ orders (reducing daily processing from 3–7 hours to 15 minutes), automating EDI uploads to cut processing time for up to 1,000 orders to under 15 minutes, and receiving a top company achievement award in recognition of performance.
