I've reduced average order processing time by more than 70%, from 8–10 minutes to under 3 minutes, through workflow redesign, standardization, and automation. I use operational KPIs and order data to improve quality, remove bottlenecks, and support leadership decisions.

I partner across Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, Technical Support, Fulfillment, Systems, and Development to resolve complex orders and improve fulfillment readiness. I also helped design and deploy an in-house NetSuite order automation tool, defining requirements and leading UAT and defect validation.

Across Brivo and earlier operations roles in catering, tours, logistics, and sales, I've built SOPs, training programs, performance practices, scheduling processes, inventory controls, and CRM workflows that make growing teams more consistent and scalable.
