At Tulsa Public Schools, I lead districtwide assessment strategy and implementation across state and district systems. I use assessment and implementation data to guide improvement and help educators use results to inform instruction.

I partnered with Edmentum’s product team and district multilingual learner specialists to address accessibility gaps in Exact Path Personalized Learning. That work directly influenced the development of text-to-speech functionality in 16+ languages.

Earlier, I developed district assessment strategies, supported educators in using platforms such as NWEA MAP Growth, and designed a districtwide remote assessment model during COVID-19. I bring experience in K–12 assessment, professional learning, and the practical needs of educators and school leaders.
