What I'm looking for

I’m looking to keep designing and implementing college-readiness and instructional frameworks across K–12, working closely with district leadership and partners to strengthen fidelity, improve student access, and support school improvement.

I lead strategic implementation, instructional design, and professional learning for college and career readiness across K-12 districts throughout Arizona, including AVID’s College and Career Readiness framework. At AVID Center, I built partnerships with education, nonprofit, and workforce stakeholders, facilitated regional summits, and helped strengthen implementation fidelity so students had equitable access to rigorous pathways.

Before that, I managed AP program operations and instructional coaching at Mission Heights Preparatory, using Tier II academic intervention strategies and reflective coaching to align instruction with college-level standards. I also directed AP testing and registration, and scaled a college-readiness elective program from one to four courses, supporting stronger student participation and success.
