I’m a certified healthcare interpreter providing English-to-Spanish interpretation over the phone and through video. Over the past years, I’ve built strong healthcare experiences including patient communication, care coordination exposure, and working confidently with medical terminology.

I follow interpreter protocols and I’m especially mindful of HIPAA and confidentiality—patient information must stay private. I’m known for fast communication, active listening, and taking clear notes, and I’ve been ranked top compared to other interpreters based on punctuality, phone time, and monitored quality.

Before focusing fully on interpreting, I developed a customer-facing foundation through roles in customer service and sales, including helping customers, reporting issues, and keeping my department organized. I’m comfortable working in teams or independently, and I’m looking for a permanent opportunity with promotion potential where I can keep growing and strengthening my computer and phone communication skills.
