I'm currently supporting front desk operations at Hollywood Aquatic Center, supervising cashiers, registering patrons, processing payments, and maintaining county records for rentals, events, and aquatics programs.
Previously, I led Hilton Grand Vacations' Vacation Introductory Program, training associates, improving procedures, managing payroll timecards, and earning Top Supervisor recognition in 2024 and the first half of 2025. I've also developed SOPs and training materials, audited a $3 million company credit card, and helped members book accommodations, cruises, tours, and flights across Hilton Grand Vacations and Diamond Resorts.
