What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise software and industrial transformation organizations where I can combine commercial growth, customer strategy, P&L ownership, and scalable delivery across international teams.

I'm leading Industry Solutions at Gradion, building and commercializing Industry 4.0 software solutions across APAC. My portfolio spans ERP, WMS, MES, AGV/AMR orchestration, SaaS, cloud, and AI.

Previously, I led a 110-person enterprise software delivery unit serving 25+ accounts across Europe and APAC. I owned a US$6M P&L and generated more than US$1M in annual upsell revenue through account expansion, consulting, and service growth.

I've led enterprise digital commerce programs for clients including Emma Sleep, Louis Motorrad, Universal Studios, Sport Conrad, and Taschen.de. I build multinational delivery teams, lead pre-sales through commercial handover, and turn customer requirements into executable plans.

My background also includes building an Intelligent Automation capability at Würth Industry Services and leading a €500M+ product portfolio at Faurecia. I bring together customer relationships, commercial strategy, operational execution, and cross-functional engineering leadership.
