At R Systems International, I took the Vietnam entity from an investment certificate to an operating company, handling FDI registration, licensing, tax, banking, and regulatory approvals. We hit business targets within six months of incorporation.
I hired and organized a team of 27 across delivery, finance, and operations, and owned the country P&L and treasury. I also created the governance framework, internal controls, and compliance procedures from scratch.
At Norbreeze Group, I set the regional IT strategy across seven countries and 17 brands. I connected stores, warehouses, marketplaces, and e-commerce through an omnichannel stack, and governed four regional distribution centers.
At Social Bella Vietnam (Sociolla), I led an ERP implementation with Vietnam localization and dual VAS and IFRS reporting. I also planned, designed, and launched a 4,825 m² distribution center in Ho Chi Minh City.
