I’m a PMP®-certified project manager with 5+ years delivering e-commerce and IT projects across Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Shopify Plus. I lead cross-functional teams with a clear focus on on-time, on-budget outcomes and operational efficiency.

Since 2021, I’ve run e-commerce platform management end-to-end, spearheading three full-cycle SFCC implementations and achieving 95% on-time and on-budget delivery across teams of 15+ developers. People leadership and scalable process design are central to how I work: I’ve built risk registers and contingency frameworks across active projects, resolved over 50% of cross-project resource conflicts, and developed a team of 20 with targeted engagement that drove a 60% reduction in attrition. Earlier, as a System Operationist and SAP Consultant, I improved operational efficiency by 50% through reusable SQL query libraries and accelerated incident resolution by 40%, strengthening the technical rigor I bring to delivery today.
