What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead SAP, supply chain and operations transformation initiatives where I can bridge business and technology teams, improve process performance, and deliver measurable outcomes for complex industrial operations.

I've coordinated a greenfield SAP S/4HANA rollout at ESSA Industries across three industrial sites, connecting business users, functional leads and implementation partners through design, testing, migration, cutover and hypercare.

I helped deliver the go-live with zero critical open issues and zero critical data-integrity failures, while coordinating 120 project stakeholders, 320+ training participants and 1,800+ post-go-live tickets. I also standardised 47,098 material master records, built Board-level KPI visibility across 15 functions, and led Jira implementation from scope through dashboard delivery.

At Reliance Industries, I improved supply chain and operating performance across petrochemicals, polyester and polymer businesses. I built Tableau freight analytics for $500+ million in annual spend, automated transporter allocation to reduce dispatch cycle time from 24 hours to under three, and developed a credit-risk model that identified $15 million in exposure.

My foundation is in chemical engineering and industrial operations, from production planning and shutdown execution to safe product transfer and site-wide strategic coordination. I bring structured project delivery, practical process improvement and clear communication with senior leadership.
